Operate milling, lathe, grinding, drilling, EDM/Wirecut machines
Read and understand engineering drawings
Inspect parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
Maintain and troubleshoot tools used in production
Follow Tool Room processes, 5S, and safety standards
Skills Required:
Good machining knowledge
Tool fitting & assembly skills
Knowledge of tool steels and machining parameters
Accuracy and attention to detail
