Role Overview

As a Tool & Die Maker (Mould Maintenance), you will be responsible for mould assembly, repair, polishing, and preventive maintenance to support new developments and ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Injection/Compression Moulds

2. Mould Assembly, Repair, Polishing & Fitment

3. Support Tool Trials & Troubleshooting

4. Support in Jigs, Fixtures & Mould Spares Making

5. Maintain Tool Room Documentation & Spare Planning

6. Dimensional Inspection of Mould Components

Qualification

ITI - Tool & Die Maker / Tool & Die Making (Tool Room)

Required Skills

1. Hands-on experience with Mould Maintenance & Die Fitting

2. Good knowledge of Injection Moulds / Press Tools / Jigs & Fixtures

3. Ability to read 2D/3D Drawings

4. Understanding of GD&T

5. Good knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)

6. Strong Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving Skills

7. AutoCAD Knowledge - Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,477.07 - ₹35,390.23 per month
