ITI Diploma Tool Die Maker

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise tool room operations including tool manufacturing, maintenance, and repair. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures. Maintain records of tool life, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate with production and quality departments to address tool-related issues. Support new product development by preparing tools and prototypes as per design. Ensure proper calibration and storage of tools and gauges. Manage tool inventory, issue tracking, and replacement planning. Implement 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing practices in the tool room. Train and guide tool room operators and technicians. Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO / TS / IATF as applicable).
