Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.

?

Set up and operate a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, grinders, milling machines, CNC equipment) to produce precision tools and dies.

?

Assemble and test completed tools and dies for proper operation and compliance with specifications.

?

Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools and dies as needed.

?

Inspect finished products to ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.

?

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve tooling performance and resolve manufacturing challenges.

?

Maintain accurate records of tool and die maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

?

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in Tool and Die Making preferred.

? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.

? Proficiency in using manual and CNC machine tools.

? Strong knowledge of materials, heat treatment processes, and machining techniques.

? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

? Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.

? Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.

? Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ?8,444.12 - ?43,140.19 per month
