Responsibilities:
Design
Thermoplastic and Thermoset injection molds
using PTC Creo and EMX.
Develop high-quality 3D models, 2D drawings, and complete mold design documentation.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility.
Analyze product design and recommend necessary changes for efficient mold development.
Perform design reviews, tolerance analysis, and mold flow considerations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
Troubleshoot design issues and support tool trials, modifications, and improvements.
Manage multiple projects and meet delivery timelines.
