Tool Designer - AutoCAD & NX

Location: Osseous Surgical, Morbi, Gujarat 363641.

Experience: 2 to 6 years'

Osseous Surgical is looking for a skilled Tool Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Siemens NX. The role involves preparing precise G.A. (General Arrangement) drawings, and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing of surgical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment layouts Create and revise 2D G.A. drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and NX Interpret product drawings and translate them into efficient tool designs Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy Maintain technical documentation and drawing records Continuously improve and update designs for functionality, durability, and ease of use

Requirements:

2-6 years of experience in tool and fixture design using AutoCAD and Siemens NX Proficient in preparing General Arrangement (G.A.) and detailed fabrication drawings Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related discipline Attention to detail and good communication skills Experience in the surgical instruments or precision tool industry is a plus
