B.E Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of handsexperience in concept and design of Machining and Gauge Inspection fixtures designing using CATIA V5 CAD Tool Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating & Clamping principles Good in machining fixtures concept modeling and Drafting Experience in Design tools & fixtures for Assembly, welding & machining operations and add required automation. Support Lead in estimating tooling requirements & cost. Perform ergonomic analyses and studies. Organize design reviews. Manage project quality of deliverables, project timelines & communication with unit stakeholders as needed. Should be able to generate design concepts for aero structure components of medium / Assembly Fixtures. Good drawing reading skills. Materials used for Fixture design & Heat treatment process. Knowledge for Limit Fit & Tolerances. Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints. Good communication and ability execute project independently. Airbus experience is an added advantage.
