Qualification:

ITI in Tool & Die Making Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering Relevant experience in mold manufacturing & tool room operations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Review mold design and

suggest improvements

for better manufacturability and performance. Prepare

mold manufacturing plans

as per project requirements. Develop

internal timelines and daily targets

based on the T0 target date. Assign

daily work targets to subordinates

and ensure quality output.

Monitor machining processes closely

to ensure accuracy and productivity. Carry out

mold elements fitting, suiting, spotting, matching, and assembly

. Attend

moulding trials

and perform

troubleshooting

as required. Handle

mold corrections

for aesthetic issues, ECN changes, and dimensional deviations. Take a

proactive approach to avoid project delays

and ensure on-time delivery. Attend

internal project meetings

and update progress to the management team. Follow

departmental ISO documentation and quality procedures

strictly.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

injection mold manufacturing processes

Hands-on experience in

mold assembly, spotting, and trial support

Good understanding of

machining operations

Ability to

lead a team and allocate work effectively

Strong

problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and reporting skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
