It harnesses the power of sound to empower and enrich various businesses around the globe.

:

- Prepare periodic financial MIS after taking appropriate provisions and accounting of prepaid expenses and ensuring completeness.

- Publishing the MIS and cash flow within the defined timelines.

- Publishing quarterly reports to the investors within the define timelines.

- Handling investor related queries on the MIS and accounts and timely response on the queries

- Completing statutory audits for the Company on a timely basis.

- Preparing Budget and analysis to help management in tracking the actuals vs budget and taking necessary action to control the overshoot of budget.

- Finalizing of various reports as required by the Founder to take business decisions for instance departmental PL, cash budget etc.

- Maintaining Finance Dashboard and highlighting variances timely

- Prepare periodic fund statements, creditors and debtors ageing list etc to ensure bad debts are minimized.

- Ensuring the payment flow to merchants and maintaining daily Merchant Reconciliations.

- Helping with process building to ensure that the finance process and reports are correct and error free.

- Maintain relationships with internal and external auditors at the time of audits.

- Ensuring timely compliance including TDS, GST and subsequent reconciliations are done timely, and exceptions are highlighted
