Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions.

Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do:

Support logistics transformation projects with Manhattan, Blue Yonder WMS, or High Jump by assisting in system setup, analytics, and data integration. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, contribute to process design activities, and participate in deployment workshops. Help validate solutions and provide input for tool development and documentation. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to client project success.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients' toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

3 - 6 years of experience Advanced understanding of Manhattan or Blue Yonder WMS or High Jump key control settings, and analytics Experience with integration of legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management Manage work stream functional/technical resources Lead onsite-offshore model by assigning technical work to offshore resources Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices Drive client participation in project design activities Lead Deployment Workshops to help customers achieve immediate value from their investment Supervise and participate in key project events Facilitate business process design and development that leverages Manhattan or BY capabilities in are of Logistics Transformation (WMS/TMS) Assist project teams and business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Development and test environments during development/SIT/UAT/Production deployment phase to validate the end-to-end solution Work closely with the Project Support team to provide inputs and develop tools and train the consultants Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) Proficient with Postman, JSON, common API calls, and integration tools Demonstrate team-building skills Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Exposure to applications like: Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Project44, High Jump or Four Kites applications Automobiles, high tech, life sciences and consumer products industry experience In depth knowledge of functional warehousing and transportation management, 3PL/ carrier management processes Understanding of the software implementation life cycle, including business requirement definitions, functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment Experience in creating test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing Certified practitioner in BY or Manhattan Minimum 2 full life cycle logistics transformation software implementations with focus on warehousing and transportation management processes

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university

Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
