Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace Position Responsibilities:

• Leads programs and/or strategic initiatives at the direction of the supply chain leadership to deliver IT solutions
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome solution delivery risks, and produce execution reports for management and stakeholders
• Analyze stakeholder commitments with a broad, high-level view--leaving day-to-day project activities to the project managers.
• Primary responsibility is to ensure that all of planned deliverables are efficiently and effectively working towards the intended objectives. You're also responsible for making sure that we are delivering with focus on the best return on investment (ROI)
• Develop and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders & peers alike
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Identify key deliverables needed from supply chain teams, cross-functional teams and external vendors. Manage, coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives and influence for prioritization as needed
• Develop and manage scope & budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the domain and cross domain for flagship programs
• Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
• The position doesn't have any direct reports and the role is encouraged to deliver in individual capacity

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline
• 15+ years of overall IT experience of working in MNC's with geo diversified teams
• 5+ years in a leadership role (preference given to those with program management experience)
• Outstanding leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of supply chain aspects of sourcing, planning, manufacturing and delivering
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills
• Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
