Position Title: : Team Member -Plant Accounting

Reporting To: Plant
Position Purpose
This position will be handling various finance and accounts processes namely Accounting, support to Shared Services, Control & Compliances, Physical Inventory Verification, Asset controlling and Management. He/she would work closely with the GFC in setting up new processes and excellent controls environment for future scale up. The person in this role is expected to be responsible for all Accounting, Finance, Audit, Tax Compliances and establishing Financial Controls
Strategic Responsibilities

• Create value for PI through deliverance on cost, time, quality and safety parameters

Operational Responsibilities

• Person Should keep the Monthly track of physical verification of Inventory and Coordinate with the plant team to have smooth and Accurate Physical verification
• Coordinate with the plant team for Physical Asset verification along with Audit team.
• Ensure the Monthly closing activity will be done as per corporate guideline and timeline.
• Ensure Record keeping are accurate.
• Scanning of Invoice on regular basis and ensure bill booking are on time .
• Connect with SSC team for Open Points and Query and liaise with Plant team to close and Minimize open points

Financial Responsibilities

• Ensure record Keeping accurate and provide for the Compliance and Data deliverance as per statutory / Corporate guideline .

People Responsibilities

• Smooth Liaising and co-ordination with the SSC and Plant Team

Education Qualification

• B com / M com

Work Experience

• 5 to 7 years of Experience

Functional Competencies

• Financial Accounting & Reporting knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Exposure to SAP Success Factor Modules
• Strong financial, accounting and controls orientation
• Sound working knowledge of ERP - SAP system
• Ability to define, simplify, standardize processes and implement best practices
