Looking out for Trade Marketing Officer Role in Pune

Looking out for Female candidate mini 2 yrs experience

TMO skillset:

1. Minimum qualification must be a bachelor or equivalent degree, candidate with a post graduate
degree is preferred
2. Should have experience in the field of handing key accounts / experienced personnel along with
experience of working in paint/laminates/tiles/adhesives or any allied industry
3. Having a background of working with architects is preferred
4. Must have good pitching and communication skills
5. Should have the prowess to handle communication/negotiation with professionals such as
Architects/Interior designers
6. Fluent in English and any required regional language
7. Analytical Skills would also be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (architects & interior designers)
to ensure they do not turn to competition
2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that
meet their objectives
4. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain
trust
7. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using
key account metrics
