Role

As the Team Manager - PPC you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - PPC The purpose of your role will be to manage production line target as per business plan and to achieve zero failure in section.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Ensure Production Planning of Plant as per Central Planning/Marketing demand.
2.-Ensure maintenance of In plant part transfer/storage conveyors\' hangers and trolleys.
3. -Ensure BOM parts /FG stocks reconciliation w.r.t SAP and Variance closure (Perpetual Inventory).
4.-Control Material issuance, shop wise production, WIP\'s and Plant Inventories of Vehicle parts

A Day in the life

Production Planning and Adherence w.r.t. Marketing Plan /Ensure BOM parts & FG stock reconciliation w.r.t. SAP and Variance closure / Ensure Adherence to Hangers and Trolley maintenance plan /Cost Control in PPC areas/ New Initiatives

1. Frequent Coordination with various departments in order to achieve production as per target and avoid any type of production losses.
2. Prompt response to any abnormality (shortages/breakdown etc.) and accordingly prompt model changes on lines without loss as the takt time of each line is 18 sec /vehicle.
3. Constant checks and vigils on material accounting system so as to avoid malpractices in material receipt system .
4. Accurate production planning in order to achieve 100% SKU level market demand fulfilment on daily, weekly, monthly basis.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma /Btech - 6 Years experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge
