Role
As the TM/LINE INCHARGE- MAINTENANCE-ENGINE you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Maintenance Head- Maintenance
To Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Machine Shop) by using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.
A purpose driven role for you

• Support day -to day production in Machine Shop
• Diagnosis problem related to Fanuc Robo Drill, Micromatic Grinders, Marposs Gauging System, Induction Hardening, Rotary Milling, Honing, Fanuc Robots, Fanuc CNC System,
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• In-house teaching of Fanuc Robots as per product requirement.
• Implementing CBM techniques in Machine Shop, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system fault, leading to equipment failure

A Day in the life

Academic Qualification & Experience
\xc2\xb7B. Tech in Mechanical or related disciplines
Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Understanding of SAP- MM
• Spindle Maintenance , CNC Machine Maintenance , Ball Screw Replacement
• Efficient Lub Management
• Bearing Deteoriration Diagnoisis , Machine Structural Analysis

Behavioural Skills

• Good people management skills
• Multitasking, Problem Solving and Decision making skills
• Managing Innovation.
