Role
As a Team Manager in Maintenance Department, you will be responsible to plan and execute daily operations in the Engine Plant Maintenance Section. You will be reporting to the Section Head - EPM
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsivilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Day to day breakdown & Preventive maintenance
2. Execution of countermeasure and Horizontal deployment
3. Team members trainings to up the skill level
4. Enhancing innovation
5. Strengthening of Daily work management
6. Spare part management and tracking to optimize the cost
7. To achieve IMS and EnMS objectives through adherence of systems and procedures for resource conservation in Section
A Day in the life
1. Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasure planning
2. Daily Plan adherence
3. Listing Training need identification and its execution.
4. High value and High consumption spares reduction projects
5. Weekly review of IMS & EnMS
Academic Qualification & Experience

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 Years of Relevant Work Experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 Years of Relevant Work Experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Breakdown maintenance and effective planned maintenance to minimize the BD losses
• Effectively utilization of manpower and resources
• Focus on Kaizen/improvement activity
• TPM & IMS
• Microsoft Office
• SAP
• Knowledge of CNC & PLC trouble shooting
• Hand on experience of Fanuc Controls
• Hand On Experience in Mitsubishi PLC , HMI, VFD
• Exposure on Grinding , CNC Drilling, VMC, Honing, Induction Hardening, Robots, Spot & Seam Welding Machines
• Experience on Marposs on-line Gauging System
