As a TM/LI - Frame Assembly you will be a part of Plant operations and will report to Section Head. Your role will be:

Manage the production on Line-1/2/3/2/3 of frame assembly in the shifts through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient & seamless operations & achieve production targets, quality, delivery and safety.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1) Achieving Line-1/2/3/2/3 frame assembly production targets shift wise with desired product mix.

2) Analyse & take effective countermeasures on Line- 1/2/3/2/3 to reduce internal customer complaints by focussing on incoming, in-process assembly defects to provide defect free engines.

3) To control rejection and consumable costs of Line-1/2/3 by optimum utilization of all resources to achieve manufacturing cost targets.

4) To drive improvement employee engagement programmes on TPM framework and align with top management initiatives to continuously improve efficiency of the section in safe working environment.

5) To develop competency of work force of Line-1/2/3 to meet current and future manufacturing standards.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering

2-5 years of experience in automobile manufacturing plant
