Job description:

1. Feasibility study on Jigs/ fixture/Accessories Requirement
2. Concept Model Preparation and review with CFT for Jigs/ fixture/Accessories
3. Fixture Manufacturing drawing creation with GD & T's ,Drawing Checking & Release for manufacturing
4. Update the fixture drawing based on the manufactured fixture Inspection report.
5. Conduct trial to validate the fixture & Establish the fixture for regular production
6. Troubleshooting of fixture issues for component quality
7. To review & provide feedback to the fixture supplier to work for component quality
8. Conduct trial to validate the bought out fixture
9. Feasibility study for cycle time reduction, process Optimization & Implementation of the same
10. Maintaining stock inventory for hydraulic fixture elements
11. Review of jigs and fixture design for Heavy machines/ S&S /Cylindrical/Sheetmetal shops.
12. To monitor and maintain the Design Status of all facilities.
13. Updating tool numbers in Oracle system.
14. Creating purchase requsition for buying new fixtures, elements and accessories.
15. Providing technical support to validate the fixture during trials.
16. Responsible for buying fixture casting bases from foundry units
17. ROI calculation for new capex items.
18. CAREm Creation in Oracle system against budget approval.
19. Responsible for creating PR & clearance document for new CAPEX.
20. facility manufacturing to OSP considering the load capacity
