We are seeking an experienced TM-Accounting professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This role requires excellent English communication skills and involves working night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department to ensure efficient financial processes.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the accuracy of financial reporting.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the Procure to Pay process and improve procurement efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Provide guidance and support to team members on complex accounting issues and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management for strategic planning.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to support business objectives.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any findings.
Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards and practices to ensure compliance.
Support the finance team in various projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
Possess a strong proficiency in Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and practices.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Have experience in the Procure to Pay process enhancing procurement and financial operations.
Show a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and night shifts.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
