Job Summary

The Sr BA-Ops Excellence role is pivotal in driving operational improvements and efficiencies within the organization. With a focus on Six Sigma methodologies the candidate will analyze and optimize processes related to Changes and Endorsements. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to rotational shifts and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements. Ensure implementation of cadences for reviewing process control, process efficiencies, client metric adherence & VOC. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes. Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements on operational performance. Develop and maintain documentation of process changes and improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational excellence. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for process enhancements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and outcomes. Adapt to rotational shifts to support various operational needs. Engage in proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges. Support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives through process excellence.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and their application in process improvement. Exhibit and Demonstrate expertise in reviewing the operational metrics conduct FMEA and other LSS tools. Demonstrate expertise in managing critical operational control and provide timely feedback to Management on any risk identified. Exhibit proficiency in English with strong reading writing and speaking skills. Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 8 years. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications Required

Trained Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
