Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a TL-Order Management-Data specialist where you will leverage your multilingual skills in German Spanish and French to enhance our Order to Cash workflow.


All the 3 FTE will be part of the customer service team and should have the language proficency require 1 FTE for French 1 FTE for German and 1 for spanish and all should be proficent in speaking and writing.


3 FTE required who has good experience in customer service and looking for language resource 1 for Fren

Responsibilities

Lead the Order to Cash workflow processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Oversee the integration of multilingual communication in German Spanish and French to enhance client interactions and service delivery. Provide support in Finance-related tasks within the Order to Cash domain ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain management and logistics operations. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement in order management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the Order to Cash workflow reducing cycle times and improving cash flow. Ensure all order management activities are conducted in accordance with established guidelines and best practices. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external clients utilizing language skills to bridge any gaps. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to order management and financial processes. Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for team members on Order to Cash processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in order management and finance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes within the Order to Cash domain. Assist in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies in order management ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in German Spanish and French with the ability to read write and speak fluently. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Order to Cash workflow and its impact on financial processes. Exhibit experience in Finance and Accounting with a focus on Order to Cash operations. Have a background in Transportation & Logistics and Supply Chain Management as a nice to have skill. Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities. * Display excellent analytical skills to assess data and drive process improvements.
