We are seeking an experienced Medical Coding professional with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team as a Technical Lead in Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare products revenue cycle management and medical coding. Responsibilities

Oversee the medical coding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare product offerings. Provide guidance and support to junior coding staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Develop and maintain documentation for coding procedures and policies. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct regular audits to maintain coding accuracy and compliance. Utilize healthcare product knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address coding-related issues and solutions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coding processes. Monitor industry developments to keep the team informed of changes and updates. Support the development of training materials and programs for coding staff.
