Specialists(SME/Team Lead role) in Hyderabad, India to support investigations with WFO as a mandatory requirement. At a high-level we are looking for candidates demonstrating the ability to independently conduct investigative work using commonly available tools, with specific expertise in various fields. The candidates need to have a proven track record on both investigations as well as executive level writing and reporting in order to visualize their findings succinctly and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct independent research based on secondary and primary research sources and the direction provided by the project team to discover modus operandi and abuse vectors
Provide key insights reports on abuse trends based on
Independent assessment of review trends
Specific research methodology prescribed as a part of project plan
Develop a centralized repository of recommended actions and review in regular cadence with the project team
Plan, organize and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimal direction
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business problems identified or highlighted
Manage and ensure resolution of escalations and issues raised by customer
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Help to develop standardized processes and tools to scale investigations across abuse types
Provide information, educate customers, troubleshoot, probe and fix issues and interact with customers to meet process deliverables
General Qualifications:
Graduation from a government recognized university.
Overall 5+ years of work experience with minimum tenure of 36+ months in conducting research/investigations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking ability to conduct independent investigative work
Strong Presentation and Data Analysis skills
Multiple stakeholder management; Forecasting skills; Good in analytical thinking, problem solving, Feedback & Coaching Skills
Strong communication skills - ability to work closely with internal staffing client and communicate complex analytics in a structured and clear manner
Proven ability to work with sensitive information and to follow procedure when operating in a sensitive space.
Awareness of Risk Model Techniques for online abuse / spam is desirable
Prior experience in any of the below domains is preferred:
