Salesforce data management & admin experience (data loads, objects/relationships, campaigns, lists, targets)
BI/reporting skills and dashboard creation (ability to synthesize and present insights)
Experience with Salesloft and list management/campaign execution workflows
Excel / Google Sheets advanced usage for analysis
Troubleshooting & operational triage skills; strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication; cross?functional collaboration
Sense of urgency, proactive/self?starter mindset, ability to execute under tight timelines
Load/manage contact & account lists and campaign data in Salesforce and Salesloft; troubleshoot assignments, routing, mapping, and data issues in real time
Build and maintain BI/Salesforce reports and dashboards; perform ad?hoc SQL analysis and diagnostics to support active plays
Generate, enrich and refine highly targeted account/contact lists using multiple internal and third?party data sources
Establish and document repeatable data operational procedures and best practices; coach sellers to avoid recurring errors
Merge data from SFDC, manual inputs, and external sources to produce actionable recommendations and implement quick operational fixes
* Coordinate with GTM Account Data Excellence, Data Science, and Sales Program Managers on data quality, root?cause analysis, and specialized list needs
