About the Division:

The Alternative Investment services unit at CAMS caters to the fund administration requirements of the leading AIF and PMS funds in the country. This business caters to nearly 150 fund houses with a dedicated sale, delivery, and operations team.

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a motivated team player responsible for handling the operations of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end operations of our AIF clients. Manage and develop a team of executives and senior executives ensuring accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks. Own and maintaining excellent relationships across multiple clients. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the deliverables. Implement and monitor an effective governance mechanism including conducting daily huddles with the team and weekly calls with clients to ensure deliverables are met as per agreed timelines and client requirements are addressed in a timely manner. Ensuring all activities are carried out as per regulatory requirements and as per agreed business rules with the client. Prepare and present reports and analysis to senior management on key metrics. Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a government recognized institution 5+ years of experience in customer service / operations of financial service industry. Experience in managing a team
Prior experience in AIF operations and knowledge of regulatory requirements in this industry is an added advantage.

Pay: From ?550,000.00 per year
