We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of TL-Accounting with 6 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a strong background in finance and accounting processes. This role requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Excel to streamline accounting processes and enhance data analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure the integrity of financial records by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
Monitor and manage accounting systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Train and mentor junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in accounting practices.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any findings or recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide updates on financial performance and initiatives.
Drive initiatives to enhance the companys financial health and contribute to its overall success.
Qualifications
Possess a strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles with experience in Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Certifications Required
