Your Key Responsibilities

- Define Test strategy which includes Test Plan, Test toolchain identification and setup, Estimation and delivery schedule, Automation concept etc
- Develop understanding on evolving toolchain for testing and propose the improvements in the test strategy accordingly.
- Specify, design and develop the validation environment & tools (Desktop machine and applications, test benches, tools installations etc.)
- Develop Test Strategy to comply with FUSA and ASpice requirements
- Integrate components from various development teams, perform integration and prepare validation platform
- Use automation scripts, batch files to automate the integration and validation tasks
- Produce validation result reports and associated Change Requests (defects)
- Contribute towards standardization of test related PMT by reusing existing solutions or implementing best practices
- Possess system perspective while carrying out validation activities. Keep tight link with architects and design engineers through the whole Software Validation cycle
- Apply organization processes and standards
- Ensure requirements traceability according to Requirements Management Plan
- Be Innovative while devising the test strategy and contribute towards test processes improvements
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. Guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.

Your Qualifications

- Graduation stream: Electrical, Electronics and telecom, Mechatronics, Automotive, Computer science or relevant.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in various levels of Software Testing, Requirement Based Testing.
- Good knowledge in SW Module/functional and integration testing
- Good knowledge of testing techniques like black box, boundary value analysis, Robustness analysis (Exposure to Embedded application-level testing is preferred).
- Good knowledge of debugging techniques and experience with Lauterbach TRACE32
- Knowledge of test methodology and experience with software testing for AutoSAR compliant ECUs.
- Understanding of regression test and analysis.
- Good Knowledge of dSPACE tools like AutomationDesk, ControlDesk and Scalexio HiL. Knowledge and experience of other HiL suppliers can be considered.
- Knowledge of any configuration management tool like PTC etc.
- Knowledge of any error and change management tool like PTC, Bugzilla etc.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN, XCP, UDS, J1939, etc is preferred.
- Knowledge of testing with Vector CANoe will be preferred.
- Knowledge of standard modelling language like XML will be preferred.
- Knowledge of script development using CAPL, Python etc will be preferred.
- Knowledge of ASPICE and FUSA compliance on test relevant processes will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in Platform development approach will be added advantage.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certified will be added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English Language. German Language proficiency preferred.
