We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth real estate knowledge, and the ability to close deals while supporting team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives Achieve individual and team sales targets Generate site visits and ensure proper follow-ups Handle customer queries and assist in deal closures Train new team members and improve team performance Monitor daily activities, call reports, and lead conversions Coordinate with channel partners, CRM, and marketing team Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the team Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Team Leader in real estate sales Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to close high-value property deals Target-driven and result-focused mindset Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing (Preferred) Experience in residential/commercial projects Local market knowledge is an added advantage
