Job Overview:-
We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individuals wanting to make a mark
in residential real estate sector. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their
career in residential real estate.
Responsibilities:-
The candidate will be responsible for maximizing ANAROCK sales revenue and volume in a
given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents.
Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience with renowned developers.
Extensive real estate experience with rich experience in people/Team management.
Managing the entire site and staff (Sales) allocated at the site.
Managing & driving the channel partner team to add more channel partners in their
network.
Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
Train and evaluate the teams performance (10 to 15 employees).
Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates
Knowledge of projects in Market.
