We are looking for a
Team Leader - Marketing (Forex Department)
who has strong experience in
Forex or Indian Stock Market marketing
and can lead a team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organic lead generation and the ability to train and motivate a marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and lead a team of marketing executives.
Plan, monitor, and execute organic marketing campaigns (SEO, content, and social media).
Generate leads through non-paid channels in the Forex and Stock Market domain.
Guide and support team members to achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with content and sales teams for better lead conversion.
Track performance reports and ensure productivity across the team.
Contribute individual leads along with managing team output.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience
in
Forex or Indian Stock Market marketing
(Mandatory).
Proven
team handling or leadership
experience.
Strong knowledge of
organic marketing techniques
(SEO, content, community engagement).
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to motivate team members and achieve both team and individual goals.

Only candidates with
Forex or Indian Stock Market marketing experience
will be considered.
Must have
team-handling experience
(minimum 1 year as TL or similar role).
Must be skilled in
organic lead generation

Candidates who have completed their education only are eligible.
