Job Title: Technical Lead - Finacle DEH / FEBA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Finacle DEH / FEBA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong Java/JEE development skills, hands-on experience with banking solutions, and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical design and development activities on Finacle DEH / FEBA projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and DevOps
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 6 years of Java/JEE development experience Hands-on experience with Finacle DEH / FEBA Proficient in any one RDBMS Strong understanding of Java concepts, RESTful web services, and application security Familiar with design patterns, performance tuning, and profiling Experience with tools such as GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Gradle Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in banking or financial services domain Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and leadership skills
Location Preferences:

Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, or Hyderabad.
