Job Summary:
ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead - EdTech Sales & Operations to drive growth, streamline operations, and lead a high-performing team in the education technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech sales, team management, and operations, with a passion for delivering innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for EdTech products and services (B2B & B2C).
? Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers. ? Identify new market opportunities and drive lead generation and conversion efforts.
? Manage and optimize CRM tools for accurate reporting and pipeline management.
? Set clear performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and provide coaching.
? Collaborate with academic, content, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
? Oversee client onboarding, product implementation, and post-sales support.
? Track sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
? Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
? Proven experience in EdTech sales and operational leadership.
? Strong communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to lead and motivate teams in a target-driven environment.
? Comfortable with multitasking and handling client escalations.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
? 2-3 years of relevant experience in EdTech or education sales and operations.
Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
