Job Summary:
ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead - EdTech Sales & Operations to drive growth, streamline operations, and lead a high-performing team in the education technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech sales, team management, and operations, with a passion for delivering innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for EdTech products and services (B2B & B2C).
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers.
Identify new market opportunities and drive lead generation and conversion efforts.
Manage and optimize CRM tools for accurate reporting and pipeline management.
Set clear performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and provide coaching.
Collaborate with academic, content, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Oversee client onboarding, product implementation, and post-sales support.
Track sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in EdTech sales and operational leadership.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable with multitasking and handling client escalations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
2-3 years of relevant experience in EdTech or education sales and operations.
Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
