About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader - Tele Collections

with a strong background in

personal loans, digital loans, loan recovery, and debt collection

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing tele-calling teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of collection targets while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of

15-20 in-house tele-collection executives

. Ensure

timely recovery of overdue personal and digital loans

through effective strategies. Monitor

call quality, scripts, and compliance adherence

to regulatory guidelines. Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly

collection targets

. Handle escalations and negotiate with customers to ensure recovery. Conduct

regular training and coaching sessions

to enhance team performance. Prepare and share

MIS reports

and performance reviews with management. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages accountability and ownership.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

3+ years of experience

in tele-collections, specifically in

personal loan & digital loan recovery

. Proven experience in

team handling (15-20 members)

. Strong knowledge of

collection techniques, RBI guidelines, and compliance

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
