Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of audit executives and assistants
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for clients across various industries
Review and finalize audit reports, financial statements, and working papers
Handle client communications, resolving audit-related queries and presenting findings
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments with accuracy and compliance
Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance norms
Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring team productivity and quality deliverables
Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies when required
Requirements:
Proven experience of 6-10 years working with a reputed CA firm
Strong knowledge of auditing standards (ICAI, IGAAP, etc.) and financial reporting
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments independently
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other audit tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for client audits when required
