Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of admission counselors to achieve individual and team admission targets. Monitor daily activities, performance, and progress of the admissions team and provide regular feedback and coaching. Handle escalated inquiries and resolve issues raised by prospective students or team members. Guide students through the complete admission lifecycle - inquiry, counseling, application, and enrollment. Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and admission ratios. Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach and lead generation campaigns. Maintain accurate records and reports on student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions pipeline. Ensure compliance with internal admission policies and external regulatory requirements. Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and admission events. Train new admission counselors and oversee their onboarding process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing/Business preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in student admissions or counseling, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proven track record of achieving admission targets. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
