Venpa Global Technologies is looking for a Title Search Associate to join our US Mortgage department in a full-time, remote capacity. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our Information Technology and IT initiatives within the mortgage sector.


As a Title Search Associate, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive title searches to ensure clear property ownership and assist in the mortgage process. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients. We are committed to providing a competitive salary range of ?100,000 - ?700,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with mortgage professionals to resolve title issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title search regulations Utilize software tools to streamline the title search process Assist in the preparation of closing documents Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Familiarity with property law and title search processes Proficient in using technology and software for document management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior experience in mortgage or real estate industries is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations
