Should have worked in Current owner search/two Owner Search process and Full search for at least 1+ years and have good understanding of Title Search.

Current owner search * ?Minimum 1 year of experience as Title Processor/Examiner
Must have good knowledge on all Title applications like
NETR Online, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Point, Fiddler, Landex, Tapestry
and other applications
Should have worked in both Two Search, Full Search & Current
Owner Search * Examine assessment, taxes, deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property.
Analyze chain of title and preparation of reports outlining
title-related matters
Search real estate records through online and applications
Compile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other
instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and
private records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies
Ensure that the title to a property in question has no
restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use
Superior attention to detail and decision-making skills to
identify important and relevant documents and read and
extract relevant information from them
Prepare property reports and title commitments
Should be ready to work in flexible shifts
Must be an expert in online searches using public
