Key Responsibilities
Review public records such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and legal documents
Verify chain of title and identify gaps or discrepancies
Identify unpaid taxes, liens, and encumbrances affecting property titles
Confirm legal property descriptions with official records
Research documents including title deeds, wills, probate and divorce records
Detect and report potential title fraud or irregular transfers
Prepare detailed title examination and status reports
Support title commitments subject to issue resolution
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal English communication
Good typing speed with high accuracy (95%+)
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and adaptable
Willing to work night shifts
Qualifications
Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
2-4 years of experience in
Title Search / Title Examination / Mortgage Operations
