Job Title: Title Commitment Typing US Mortgage Process Location: Bengaluru, KA 560043 Full-time onsite role / US Shift Summary: The Commitment Typist accurately types commitments for title insurance and title policies for multiple underwriters. Successful Commitment Typists are dependable, detailed, focused, and methodical. We have Capturing Documents Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Judgments and Taxes to determine the status of the property. Working on capturing field Borrower, Lender, Trustee, Loan Amount, Date, Recorded date, and Book and Page. Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for 1+ Years of experience into title commitment typing Under US Mortgage Process Must have good team work skills. Must have good customer services skills. Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently as these are important timely tasks. Requires accuracy in data entry skills. Will be responsible for typing out involuntary name liens on the commitment/lien search. Must finalize preparation and publishing of Title Commitment, Title Memo, NFC, Ownership Reports, Invoices and corresponding documents. Will have to assist with down-date/update of commitments Must be able to complete tasks within an acceptable timeframe. Self-Quality check before sending to the QA. Receiving daily work updates from the client and following as per their requirement. Having Good typing Speed with 40wpm. Opening title orders Typing commitments, policies, endorsements, and guarantees. Electronically maintaining title files and records of all title policy numbers assigned by the underwriter. Sending original policies to the insured parties Ability to type 60+ WPM High level of organizational skill, accuracy, and attention to detail Basic knowledge of title practices and terminology Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Qualification: Required Proficient in MS office suite Minimum 1+ years of experience working in US mortgage (Title Commitment) process.
