Job Purpose: Assisting AGM – CRM for the Smooth function of the CRM Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support / Service experience will be required. B
  • The role will be to deal with Walk in customers and customer service.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks (taking calls, responding to e-mails, updating performance trackers, self-study on process updates) in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Take calls from clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets.
Job Requirements:



Educational Qualification :
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Work Experience :
6 - 8 years

Key Competencies :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, convincing skills, documentation, Customer relationship management.
