The role will be to deal with Walk in customers and customer service.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks (taking calls, responding to e-mails, updating performance trackers, self-study on process updates) in a fast paced environment
Excellent Communication skills
Take calls from clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Work Experience : 6 - 8 years
Key Competencies : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, convincing skills, documentation, Customer relationship management.
