Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Tinkering Lab Instructor to lead hands-on innovation-based learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in STEM, robotics, electronics, and DIY activities. You will be responsible for guiding students through projects, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sessions and workshops on robotics, electronics, 3D printing, IoT, and basic coding. Assist students in building prototypes and developing innovative ideas. Maintain and manage all lab equipment and materials. Document students' project work and progress regularly. Organize exhibitions, competitions, and innovation challenges. Encourage problem-solving, collaboration, and inquiry-based learning. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the lab environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printing, or similar platforms. Experience in tinkering/maker spaces is an added advantage. Good communication and classroom management skills. Passionate about education and innovation.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on skills in electronics and mechanical prototyping. Exposure to Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) or similar setups. Ability to mentor students in design thinking and innovation.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
