Job Description
Role and Responsibilities :- To handle online enquiries including leads generated through various sources and to convert them into sales.- To handle online academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.- To handle eligibility tests and other selection process.- Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.- Responsible for completing entire admission process and collecting copies of relevant documents.- Responsible for admission fee collection.- Handling MIS system, documentation and sharing reports on time.- To achieve individual admission targets.- To achieve agreed conversion rate from prospective leads to enquiry to admissions.
