Job Title : Program AdvisorExperience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Inside SalesLocation : Delhi Mohan EstateRole and Responsibilities :- To handle online enquiries including leads generated through various sources and to convert them into sales.- To handle online academic & career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.- To handle eligibility tests and other selection processes.- Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.- Responsible for completing entire admission process and collecting copies of relevant documents.- Responsible for admission fee collection.- Handling MIS system, documentation and sharing reports on time.- To achieve for achieving individual admission targets.- To achieve agreed conversion rate from prospective leads to enquiry to admissions.Knowledge & Skills- Experience of selling high value education products.- Effective communication, presentation, and tele-sales skills.- High proficiency in English language- both verbal and written.- High sales acumen and target orientation.- Effective listening skills, teamwork skills and problem-solving skills.- Customer centric approach and a high level of empathy, patience, and confidence.- Student counseling experience; comfort to counsel students and their parents.- Good knowledge of MS Office, using MIS systems, data management, and documentation handling.- Enthusiastic individual with discipline and professional approach and strong work ethic.
