The role involves nurturing leads from various sources, generating walk-ins through proactive outreach, and converting inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.Key Responsibilities:Lead Nurturing:- Contact potential students from various lead sources including online inquiries, social media campaigns, offline events, and referrals.Follow up regularly to build relationships and encourage walk-ins.Walk-in Generation:- Proactively generate footfalls through tele-calling, local outreach, and lead engagement.- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns that increase interest and visits.Counselling & Conversion:- Understand student needs and aspirations to suggest suitable TTA programs.- Conduct in-person or phone-based counselling sessions and convert inquiries into enrollments.- Share course details, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process effectively.Sales Target Achievement:- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.- Maintain high conversion rates through persuasive and professional communication.Reporting & Coordination:- Maintain accurate records of leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and closures.- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager or Centre Head.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or counselling (preferably in the education or training sector).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.- Basic computer and CRM handling skills.Working Hours:Full-Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)Part-Time: Flexible hours (to be discussed during interview)What We Offer:- Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives- Training and mentoring support- Growth opportunities within the organization- A positive and student-focused work environment (ref:updazz.com)
