Qualification:Any degree and Security officer experience

Experience : Min 5 to 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

To lead and manage the overall security strategy, personnel, and systems in the steel plant, ensuring the protection of people, property, materials, and information from internal and external threats. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans tailored to a steel manufacturing environment. Lead the security team, including hiring, training, supervising, and performance management of guards and officers. Oversee entry/exit control of employees, vehicles, contractors, and visitors. Monitor inbound and outbound material movements to prevent pilferage and unauthorized activities. Coordinate with stores and logistics to verify documentation and ensure secure dispatch and receipt of goods. Maintain proper records of security logs, visitor entries, incident reports,
