Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Attendance and Leave Management:



- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and working hours.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of attendance and leave data.

2. Time Office Operations:



- Manage and maintain employee time records, including attendance sheets, leave applications, and other relevant documents.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to attendance, leave, and working hours.

3. Data Entry and Reporting:



- Enter attendance and leave data into HR systems or spreadsheets.

- Generate reports on attendance, leave, and working hours as required by management.

4. Employee Support:



- Provide support to employees regarding attendance, leave, and working hours.

- Respond to employee queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

5. Process Improvement:



- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to streamline time office operations.

Requirements:



1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR, Admin, or related field an advantage.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in time office, HR.

3. Skills:

- Familiar with payroll software.

- Having experience of Statutory Compliance, PF & ESIC.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
