Core responsibilities



Time and attendance tracking:

Monitor, verify, and record employee work hours, including arrivals, departures, breaks, and overtime.

Data management:

Maintain and update timekeeping systems, process leave requests (like vacation and sick time), and ensure all records are accurate and complete.

Payroll support:

Calculate and process employee pay based on accurate time records, and collaborate with the payroll department to resolve discrepancies.

Compliance:

Ensure all timekeeping practices adhere to federal, state, and company labor laws and regulations regarding working hours and breaks.

Reporting:

Generate and distribute various reports, such as daily, weekly, or monthly time reports, for management review.

Required skills and qualifications



Attention to detail:

Meticulousness is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of time records and payroll calculations.

Organizational skills:

The ability to manage and organize a high volume of data efficiently is essential.

Computer proficiency:

Familiarity with timekeeping software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is necessary.

Communication skills:

The ability to communicate clearly with employees and other departments like HR and payroll is important for resolving issues.

Knowledge of labor laws:

Understanding relevant labor laws and regulations is critical for maintaining compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
