Sugoya India is seeking an

Industrial Engineering - Time & Motion Study Expert

to lead productivity improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing client sites. This role focuses on applying

work study, method engineering, and lean principles

to optimize manpower, workflow, and production efficiency.

You will be responsible for building

data-driven, standardized, and high-performance shop-floor systems

.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

time & motion studies

using stopwatch, video, and digital tools Perform

method study

and process mapping of shop-floor operations Identify

waste, bottlenecks, idle time, and motion inefficiencies

Establish

standard times, manpower norms, and line balancing models

Create and maintain

SOPs, standard work, and work instructions

Support

Lean, Kaizen, and productivity improvement programs

Train supervisors and operators in

standardized work methods

Prepare

productivity reports and improvement dashboards

Present recommendations to

plant management and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

3-10+ years in

Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Excellence / Operations

Strong hands-on experience in:

Time & Motion Study (Work Measurement)

Method Study & Process Engineering

Line Balancing & Capacity Planning

Practical knowledge of

Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, OEE

Ability to work directly on

factory floors

Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in

Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or Production Engineering

Certification in

Lean, Six Sigma, or Work Study

Experience in

automotive, electronics, garment, FMCG, or engineering industries

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
