to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Monitor and report
unauthorized absences
and
irregular attendance patterns

Have knowledge of
HR policies
,
leave rules
, and their impact on
payroll and deductions
.
Support HR in managing and verifying
pay cuts
,
leave balances
, and
days off
.
Use attendance software or Excel tools for effective data management.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
Coordinate with team leaders and department heads for any discrepancy in records.
