Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase enquiries and admissions. Manage digital marketing activities including social media, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, and local listings. Coordinate offline marketing such as seminars, school/college visits, events, banners, hoardings, and print ads. Generate and manage leads and ensure proper handover to the admissions team. Work closely with counsellors to improve lead conversion and walk-ins. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (leads, cost per lead, conversions). Manage vendor coordination for printing, advertising, and promotions. Plan and execute branding activities to strengthen T.I.M.E.'s local presence. Maintain and update marketing MIS and reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing, Management, or related fields/ have passion or interest in marketing. 0-7 years of experience in education marketing, services marketing, or lead generation. Strong understanding of digital marketing, local promotions, and admissions funnels. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Target-oriented mindset with strong execution capability
